In partnership with the Shingle Springs Band of Miwok Indians and the USDA, the Food Bank is bringing local, fresh, whole foods to residents! Food is purchased from local farmers, producers and vendors in El Dorado County, as well as our producing neighbors in surrounding California counties. This purchased food is then included in our food distributions, so that recipients can enjoy the delicious, healthy food that our county and California is proud to offer.
